Mission: Our mission is to provide exceptional logistics & operational, talent, and production support to concerts, festivals, and events all of the country.

The Zoe Grey Hallmark of Excellence: During her early years attending Pickett Middle and Central High Schools, Zorita Dorsey learned the importance of excellence and providing quality service.  “I’ve always talked about how customer service was dying.”.  As Rita established and grew in her career, she noticed that a theme began to take shape.  “People would always compliment me on going the extra mile.  But I was doing things the only way I knew how.”  Over time, this philosophy of combining winning strategies with thoughtful efficiency and hard work evolved into the signature “Zoe Grey Hallmark of Excellence.”  “It has a super hero flair but its really about striving to help my clients to achieve their goals, receive every advantage and establish a place of distinction among their peers and the public.”

Logistics and Management. These aren’t terms one thinks of when first meeting Zorita aka “Rita” Dorsey, instead words like “bubbly” or “sassy” come to mind. However Rita has proven time and time again that she is a key motivator of introducing efficiencies, planning around problems, and organizing loose ends.

With over 10+ years of experience in planning and organizing events, Rita is skilled in both pre-planning and show execution. Rita obtained a B.A. in English and spent quite a few years in the corporate sector as a business analyst and financial sales consultant before turning her full attention to the organization and logistics around corporate and social events. A student of the Temple University School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Event Leadership Executive Certification program, Rita has had the opportunity to learn from forerunners in the Event Management world.

Since 2010, when she established Zoe Grey, LLC, Rita has been a part of the production and/or operations teams for both of Philadelphia’s Mayor Nutter’s Inaugural Balls, The National Governor’s Association Centennial Celebration, NATO 2012, APEC 2011, Superbowl XLIII – XLVII, the 2012 Vancouver Olympics, the National Cherry Blossom Parade, the 2013 Miss America Parade and the Wawa Welcome America! Festival – Philadelphia’s 4th of July celebration, in addition to a slew of more intimate events. Experienced in everything from transportation to credentialing logistics, script coordination to stage management, Rita keeps a firm grasp on the big picture of all things related to “Super-sized Live Events”.
